Background

She achieved her BA Honours in Accounting and Financial Services in 2002 and her CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting in 2007.

· From 2002 Nina gained accounts and audit client-led valuable work experience prior to 2008 when she specialised in personal taxation compliance work, delivering and producing purpose driven tax solutions to her clients including Landlords and Property Investors, Nina has gone the extra mile by devoting her own time and energy and invested her own finances in her field of expertise, Property Tax.

Nina's well deserved success in 2007 as a “success story”, through Asian Voice Magazine led to her promotion as Guest Editor of PQ Magazine Women’s special edition. Nina, who embraces her business work, was inspired to turn her “media spotlight” fame as cover star “Nina” into her commercial brand.

Having established Nina UK Property Management division from 2008 as she begun to build her own property portfolio since 2004, Nina launched Property Tax Expertise and Business Consultancy in 2009, supporting Property Investors and Landlords in maximising their cash flow by reducing their property tax bill. She provides value added information through selling user-friendly educational CDs and DVDs and offers her Bronze service: London based Workshops “KNOW More so YOU Owe LESS” on your UK Property Tax Bill”, Silver and Gold VIP Consultations having presented at national UK property events recognised in public as the "Property Tax Expert" lady.

· Nina Kabra has unique entrepreneurial characteristics of being passionate, enthusiastic, committed, determined, hard working, believing in herself, persistent and compelled to working towards success for 12 years in which she is building, developing and sustaining her foundations in her life through 'Nina UK Property' and her career. She has the ability to learn from feedback and cares about the needs of her key associates who join her in working towards business success.

Nina is grateful to her wonderful Nina UK Property team of volunteers. Anjan Kabra is the Sales, Marketing and Operations Assistant for Nina UK Property. Anjan has achieved his BA (Hons) Business Administration, has experience in sales, marketing and web developing and is currently enjoying his role in Nina UK Property.

Satish Kabra is a commercial landlord who assists Nina with Nina UK Property Management. Satish has over 20 years in retail business experience and has been working as a Finance Officer in local government for the past 10 years.

By sharing her knowledge and expertise that she has developed over the years Nina is driven to make her new innovative divisions Nina UK Property Tax Expertise and Property Consultancy a long-term success.

In 2009 we are honoured to have attained the titles and status ‘highly commended’ for the ‘Diversity Award’ and finalist of ‘Innovation’, ‘Business Person of the Year’, 'Young Entrepreneur of the Year' and ‘Achievement’ at 2009 national business and magazine awards.
